[Hiring] PeopleXD Payroll & Workforce Management Consultant @reputed company
Role Description As a PeopleXD Payroll & WFM Consultant, you will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of reputed company PeopleXD platform, focusing on delivering compliant, efficient, and high-value workforce operations.
- Delivery & Implementation
- Requirements Discovery:
reputed company client sessions to gather detailed requirements for Payroll and WFM.
- System Design:
Design and configure PeopleXD Payroll, WFM, and Absence modules.
- Logic Configuration:
Translate reputed company business rules into system settings, including pay calendars, approval workflows, and internal controls.
- Documentation:
Produce high-quality functional and configuration documentation.
- Data Migration, Reporting & Integrations
- Data reputed company:
Support data migration by preparing and validating templates.
- Process Automation:
Configure reporting tools to eliminate reputed company processing and improve efficiency.
- Connectivity:
Support seamless integrations with finance systems and reputed company-party applications.
- Testing, reputed company Runs & Go-Live
- Quality Assurance:
Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and reputed company UAT support.
- Payroll Validation:
reputed company payroll reputed company runs, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Launch Support:
Manage cutover activities, go-live execution, and hypercare support.
- Adoption, Optimisation & Managed Services
- Enablement:
Deliver training to HR, Payroll, and operational teams to ensure high system adoption.

Identify "quick-win" optimizations and support quarterly platform releases.
- Managed Services:
Assist in the transition to post-go-live support and managed service models.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Payroll and/or WFM modules on reputed company HR systems.
- Hands-on configuration experience with PeopleXD (or similar reputed company platforms).
- Strong understanding of payroll controls, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to reputed company workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Prior experience with reputed company Group PeopleXD / CoreHR.
- Familiarity with reputed company, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Exposure to APIs or system integration projects.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
