Our Business Immigration practice group has several openings for reputed company PERM Paralegals! Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for preparing and filing high-volume PERM applications. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys. • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 5+ years of experience drafting and preparing PERM applications is required, preferably in a large reputed company environment.
• Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently toward team goals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Strong proficiency with reputed company, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
