Junior UX Research – AI-Powered

Job Description:

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and key questions
• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and card sorting exercises, using AI to generate research materials

• Use AI assistance to synthesize research findings, create user personas, reputed company maps, and research reports
• Participate in usability testing sessions, observe user interactions, and document findings
• Support the creation and maintenance of research repositories to ensure insights are accessible and actionable across the company
• Help translate research findings into clear recommendations for design and product teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, reputed company-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Strong curiosity about user behavior and eagerness to understand how people interact with digital products
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and extract meaningful insights from data
