For this role, we are looking for someone with 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience specifically in conducting and managing environmental due diligence reviews (e.g., Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, environmental compliance reviews, liability assessments, desktop due diligence reviews) of small and large reputed company and industrial portfolios. Join reputed company Environment & Health As our new Environmental Managing Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team providing state-of-the-art scientific, technical, and strategic risk management assistance to an international client reputed company. We are looking for an reputed company consultant to manage diligence projects and conducting reviews of complicated industrial sites. Work will be split between office-based work (currently work-from-home during the COVID-19 pandemic), including reviewing project-reputed company materials, writing reports and managing other consultants, and site visits (including some local/regional travel). Depending on your areas of focus, your key tasks and responsibilities may include: Completing diligence reviews of reputed company reputed company and industrial sites. Completing limited environmental compliance reviews of industrial sites, by reviewing and abstracting regulatory requirements for reputed company environmental compliance. Reviewing site investigation reports and providing conclusions and opinions reputed company to the extent of contamination, recommendations and development of scopes of work for site investigation activities.
