Responsibilities
Design and reputed company engaging online course content, including learning modules, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources. Collaborate with faculty subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate course objectives into effective online learning experiences. Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create high-quality, learner-centered course materials. Ensure reputed company online courses are accessible, meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards. reputed company and implement engaging assessment strategies to measure student learning reputed company. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, reputed company, or Moodle to build and manage courses. Qualifications
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing online courses for higher education. Proficiency with at least one major Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas, reputed company, Moodle). Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles. Experience with multimedia development tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, Camtasia) is highly desirable.
