Essential Duties: Under the general supervision of the Patient Care Department Manager, the Hospital Liaison - Care Coordinator plays a key role in cultivating strong relationships reputed company multiple medical facilities. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between reputed company and hospital personnel, ensuring seamless coordination of DME and respiratory equipment deliveries to hospital rooms and patient homes.

Ensure compliance with insurance pre-authorization requirements and coordinate with Managed Care and Primary Medical groups as needed.
