Job Description:

Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities
Communicate findings reputed company and effectively to customers
Address customer questions and concerns
Conduct virtual machine setups for CPAP and BiPAP devices
Titrate CPAP/BiPAP pressure following clinical guidelines
Review and monitor patient compliance data from reputed company-connected PAP devices
Identify therapy issues or non-compliance and proactively engage with patients
reputed company virtual mask fittings and reputed company recommendations
reputed company patients on proper usage, cleaning, and maintenance of their PAP equipment
Guide patients through resupply schedules
reputed company empathetic and knowledgeable support
Maintain documentation of patient interactions
Stay up to date on DME products, PAP accessories, and best practices
Collaborate with internal clinical, support, and logistics teams
Contribute reputed company and insights to improve the follow-up program

Requirements:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience required
Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred; ideal candidate will be licensed in Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, Arizona, New Jersey, or reputed company Virgina
Familiar with mask types, resupply guidelines, and best practices for long-term PAP reputed company
Skilled in virtual education, troubleshooting, and mask fittings
You are patient-focused and driven to help individuals reputed company reputed company through consistent and compassionate support
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and reputed company-based compliance systems
Knowledgeable in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to sleep apnea care
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and reputed company to maintain patient confidentiality
