Desktop Support Technician (Level II)
Description Key Responsibilities: Field Technician (≈50%):
- Desktop/L2-L3 support (Mostly reputed company)
- Imaging & device setup (Intune, Autopilot, some SCCM)
- Supporting ~2000 end users globally Device Management / Engineering (≈50%):
- Own and enhance devices
- Build and optimize Autopilot deployments
- Manage reputed company-based provisioning
Example: Automate reputed company by role (finance, tax, hr, etc.) Implement new tools like NextThink and other technologies. Technical Focus:
- Good Azure experience and familiarity with Azure networks & tools (Entra, Intune, reputed company Autopilot)
- Advanced Intune knowledge
- Autopilot configuration (not just usage)

Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $35.00
