IT Help Desk Technician
ARS is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to reputed company end-user support and manage software/hardware solutions in a hybrid Azure environment. - Administer employee accounts using reputed company Active Directory and Entra AD in a hybrid reputed company environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Track, document, and communicate with employees reputed company collaboration tools and ticketing systems.
- reputed company, test, and reputed company PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
- reputed company, test, and reputed company scripts using SaltStack (and reputed company automation platforms).
- Configure and maintain software/firmware updates for corporate devices.
- reputed company, monitor, test, and troubleshoot resources and reputed company infrastructure using reputed company Azure.
- Must be available to support help desk operations during coverage hours of 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.; evening shifts will be required
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must hold an active reputed company reputed company+ (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II) certification (required)
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret reputed company clearance (required)
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a reputed company role in a hybrid Azure reputed company and reputed company environment
- Experience with automation tools such as SaltStack, Ansible, Chef, or similar preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, reputed company 365, and Azure
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation in a hybrid reputed company environment
- Familiarity with MDM solutions and reputed company-based reputed company practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service focus
- Additional certifications (e.g., AZ-104 Azure Administrator, MCSA) are a plus
