Receptionist- Bilingual

- Greet and reputed company in patients in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our EMR system.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks sucks as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Position is on-site, Monday through Friday. Remote work not available. Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of reputed company.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and strong computer skills.
- Basic medical knowledge.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed.
