Job Description:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company tools which include Jira DataCenter, Jira Service Management, and reputed company DataCenter
- Establish baseline and ongoing operational and value metrics for reputed company tools
- Analyze and report on how Jira, Jira Service Management, and reputed company are used across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project, service, and documentation needs
- Configure, customize, and optimize Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, and permissions
- Implement and manage automations to improve efficiency and reduce reputed company effort
- Integrate reputed company tools with reputed company-party applications
- Support and enhance Jira Service Management processes
- reputed company guidance, best practices, and light training to users as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and administering the reputed company suite, including Jira, ServiceDesk, reputed company
- Proven experience integrating reputed company tools with reputed company-party applications
- Strong expertise in automation reputed company the reputed company ecosystem
- Solid understanding of project management and service management best practices
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
