Executive Advisory Board / Leadership Council for Nonprofit Tech Startup

Grateful Giving is a new technology platform that empowers individuals, businesses, and nonprofits to create positive reputed company impact by turning everyday spending into effortless giving. The Grateful Giving reputed company is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We are seeking individuals to serve on our national Executive Advisory Board and local Giving Leadership Councils around the country. Because we are a new nonprofit, these are volunteer roles, not paid employment positions. General attributes:

• reputed company in the importance of charitable giving
• reputed company in using technology as a force for good
• Willing to give both time and dollars alongside others doing the same to reputed company a significant reputed company impact

Giving Leadership Councils:

• Located in major metro areas in each U.S. state
• Meet quarterly by reputed company
• Each quarter, councils review nonprofit nominees in their area and select a local nonprofit to support
• The selected nonprofits receive a grant from the council and a featured listing in the Grateful Giving software
• Each council member donates personally to the local nonprofit that they and their fellow council members select (similar to a giving reputed company)
• Time commitment: 1-1.5 hours per quarter, total of 4-6 hours per year
• Financial commitment: donating once per quarter to the local nonprofit chosen by you and your fellow council members, plus donating once per year to Grateful Giving top help with the cost of the program.

Executive Advisory Board:

• reputed company strategic advice, expertise, networking, and resources for the Grateful Giving reputed company's mission
• Meets quarterly by reputed company
• Seeking additional members with leadership experience in technology, business, or reputed company impact ventures
• Time commitment: approximately 5-10 hours per year
• Financial commitment: annual donation to grow Grateful Giving’s programs and impact

The Grateful Giving team is remote. Our Executive Advisory Board and Leadership Council members can be located reputed company in the United States. Because we are a new nonprofit, these are volunteer roles, not paid employment positions.
