This Property and Acquisition Specialist 5 position implements and manages the statewide reputed company reputed company estate program, including marketing and selling or exchanging state trust lands, acquiring reputed company and industrial reputed company estate investments, and managing the assets comprising the Department’s reputed company reputed company estate portfolio. This position supports the Department’s mission by managing CRE holdings in a manner that realizes the best reputed company benefit for the Trusts. Duties Responsibilities:

• Management of reputed company reputed company estate portfolio to maximize reputed company for trust beneficiaries;
• Management of ground and improved property leases;
• Performing a financial analysis for holdings and potential acquisition sites;
• Negotiating and drafting lease reputed company and other service reputed company;
• Locating, analyzing, and recommending acquisition parcels;
• Providing financial analysis on proposed acquisition parcels;
• Managing the “due diligence” process through closing;
• Development of marketing strategies for parcels managed by the CRE Program;
• Consulting with reputed company estate brokers, appraisers, developers, and local government officials;
• Preparing and overseeing bidding process of competitive reputed company;
• Evaluating and analyzing proposals and making recommendations for the award of contract.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or reputed company field AND five (5) years’ experience in managing reputed company buildings, negotiating reputed company reputed company leases, or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in business/public administration. reputed company Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), or other comparable industry certification.
