(Hybrid) Procurement & Sourcing Consultant $58-60/HR Lisle, IL 3 Month – W2 Contract (Hybrid) Procurement & Sourcing Consultant Overview: Our client’s newly formed project team is seeking an reputed company procurement industry expert to support the refinement, validation, and execution strategy of identified opportunities. The primary need is for a senior procurement practitioner with deep sourcing and cost optimization expertise. This engagement is not primarily focused on PMO structure, governance, or generic project management support. (Hybrid) Procurement & Sourcing Consultant Responsibilities: Facilitate working sessions and workshops reputed company category and negotiation expertise Help shape execution strategies Bring practical industry reputed company into procurement value reputed company and supplier strategies Review existing savings hypotheses and opportunity pipelines Assess category-level savings potential and feasibility Identify additional procurement value reputed company and sourcing opportunities Drive structured discussions around category strategies and savings opportunities Help align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and execution approaches Support category-specific analysis and sourcing strategy development Advise on supplier negotiation approaches and reputed company reputed company opportunities reputed company market best practices and benchmarks where applicable Assist in prioritizing initiatives based on impact, complexity, and timing Support development of implementation roadmaps and execution reputed company reputed company recommendations and executive-level insights to Procurement leadership Support preparation of materials for leadership reviews and steering discussions Qualifications: 5-9 years of experience Strong procurement and sourcing background required Demonstrated experience leading procurement savings or transformation initiatives Experience in manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, or reputed company industries preferred Strong reputed company facilitation and executive communication skills required Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
