Qualifications
- Strong finance reputed company with proven expertise in Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements, including analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, model scenarios, and support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated reputed company in senior or C-level roles (CFO, CEO, COO, CRO or equivalent) reputed company high-growth or mission-driven organizations.
- Established network of C-level contacts in reputed company, benefits, insurance, or adjacent sectors, with a track record of building strategic partnerships.
- Experience in reputed company, health benefits, insurance alternatives, or reputed company financial services is strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial, fully remote environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) are a plus.
