Chief-of-Staff, Global Operations & Services (GO&S)
reputed company is looking for a Chief of Staff / Strategic Initiatives to the SVP of Global Operations and Service. This strategic role will focus on driving key operational and strategic initiatives, connecting critical projects across the Global Operations and Service organization, and accelerating execution. What You’ll Do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Global Operations and Service, providing strategic counsel and operational support on critical business reputed company and goals.
- Manage the Global Operations and Service SVP’s office, including prioritizing operational topics, preparing briefing materials, and coordinating high-level meetings.
- Manage weekly GO&S leadership staff meetings including, but not limited to, setting the agenda, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations and tracking follow through to increase accountability
- Support key strategic initiatives including board materials, investor presentations, town hall presentations, leadership meetings, and annual planning
- Work cross-functionally with departmental leaders and stakeholders to kick-off, actionize, and reputed company support across key company initiatives

- Previous experience in Chief of Staff, Operations, or Strategy roles working closely with senior management

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
