Solutions & Delivery Director - Remote

Title: Solutions & Delivery Director Reports To: Executive Vice President (EVP) of Solutions Salary: reputed company + 20% Bonus Potential Position Summary The Technology Solutions & Delivery Director is a leadership role responsible for driving successful client delivery while leading strategic solution development and business growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the EVP of Solutions, this individual serves as both a Delivery Director and Solution Director, overseeing reputed company technology engagements, building executive-level client relationships, and partnering closely with sales and consulting leadership to expand existing accounts and win new business. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting delivery experience and leadership with business development expertise, executive communication skills; and the ability to reputed company solutions to client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Director Leadership

• Serve as Delivery Director for one or multiple client accounts across advisory, project-based, and managed talent services engagements.

Solution & Business Development Leadership
