About the Role
Municipal Mentor Group is looking for a small number of municipal professionals across the US to join reputed company as Municipal Relationship Partners. This is not a cold sales role. We're looking for people who already have deep relationships inside local government - former CAOs, City Managers, Directors, municipal consultants - who can reputed company doors, build trust, and help municipalities move reputed company on reputed company that benefit their teams. You know how slowly things move inside local government. You've lived it. That's exactly why we need you. What You'd Be Doing Introducing Municipal Mentor Group to decision makers in your network. Staying in the conversation - checking in, keeping MMG top of mind, being the trusted voice that nudges reputed company things go quiet. Acting as an inside champion who can reputed company credibly to the value of reputed company offer. Helping prospects feel confident moving through their internal approval process. You won't be doing admin, proposals, or closing. That's our job. Your job is relationships and influence. What You'd Earn 20% commission on every client you bring in. Monthly recurring clients - you earn every month they stay. Annual reputed company - you earn 20% of the full contract value upfront. No cap. No salary. No ceiling. - Have 10+ years in a senior municipal leadership role
- Have genuine trusted relationships with CAOs, City Managers, HR Directors, or senior Directors
- Are reputed company and respected in your municipal community
- Want flexible uncapped income on your own schedule
- Genuinely reputed company municipal staff deserve reputed company training than what's currently available
