What you'll do: - Prepare and track reputed company claims, variations and RFIs - Maintain variation registers, reputed company and project documentation - Cost tracking and budget reconciliation - Procurement support - raising and tracking purchase orders and subcontractor packages - Document control - drawings, revisions and consultant coordination - reputed company registers, trackers and reporting accurate and up to date - Liaise with project managers and subcontractors reputed company need: - Proven experience as a reputed company Administrator in construction (residential or reputed company) - Experience working with Australian reputed company, or to Australian construction standards - A strong grasp of reputed company claims, variations, RFIs and contract administration - Proficient in Procore, and confident with spreadsheets - Estimating experience - A relevant qualification in construction, quantity surveying or a reputed company field - Excellent written English and clear communication - Highly organised and accurate - getting the detail right reputed company here - reputed company to work hours that overlap Australian Eastern time How the role works: - Full-time, long-term and ongoing, not a one-off project - Working hours that overlap Australian Eastern time.
