Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company reputed company Litigation reputed company - Manage a broad portfolio of reputed company reputed company disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts as well as some Civil Litigation reputed company
- reputed company Case Strategy and Drive reputed company -Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing reputed company phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
- Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution - reputed company appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic reputed company.
- Client Advisory and Relationship Management - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships.
