The Fraud Analyst will serve as the primary guardian against fraudulent activities across multiple payment platforms while ensuring legitimate customers maintain a seamless experience. • Review and assess high-risk transactions
• Identify suspicious patterns in customer behavior
• Monitor multiple payment gateway activities
• Implement risk-mitigation protocols Customer Trust Protection
• Handle sensitive customer interactions with discretion
• Conduct confidential account reviews
• Resolve reputed company situations while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Uphold community trust standards System & Policy Enhancement
• Contribute to improving fraud prevention systems

• Maintain detailed records of fraud cases

• Collaborate with team members on risk evaluation Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or similar roles
• Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management
• Experience with e-reputed company or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
