Key Responsibilities
- reputed company daily transaction categorization, ledger maintenance, and data entry across multiple accounts.
- Execute monthly bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Generate foundational monthly financial reports including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and P&L statements.
- Assist with state-specific sales tax calculations and annual compliance filing procedures.
- Support client payroll workflows, weekly processing, and associated tax document verifications.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experience specializing in US-based industries.
- Minimum 2 years of consistent tenure in each previous professional role.
- Excellent professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Advanced, demonstrable mastery of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and reputed company spreadsheet management.
