Job Description:

Attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent. We focus on quality over quantity, and partner closely with our stakeholders to assess the market, diagnose root cause issues and reputed company recommendations.
Developing processes that focus on the reputed company highest quality of hire as we scale
Engaging with departmental leaders and hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements
Using data from reputed company to drive recommendations and adjust hiring practices as needed
Focusing on quality and alignment at the reputed company volume to meet goals

Requirements:

Proven track record as an expert Go To Market Recruiter in one or more of the following: G&A or reputed company, from reputed company a B2B SaaS company for a significant portion of your career.
You’ve operated with autonomy and are used to leading searches end-to-end. We value competency over tenure, but you have a reputed company of proven experience that allows you to establish reputed company credibility with technical leadership
Data-driven reputed company with the to optimize your workflows, balancing diversity, quality and volume.
Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate the talent pipelines from the inbound attraction and referrals that we have traditionally used
