HR Manager - Remote Supporting Western MA Based Location

Description: CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of reputed company practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company objectives through effective management of the HR function.

  • Salary exempt 30 hours a week but fluctuates based on HR activity.
  • 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reputed company aspects of administration reputed company the reputed company department in compliance with federal and state regulations including payroll, benefits, compensation, compliance, reputed company, employee relations, and workers compensation for an organization of 75+/- employees.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process in partnership with the hiring managers (job postings, interviews, hiring)
  • Manage payroll through reputed company payroll system
  • reputed company new employee reputed company, orientation, and training programs
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures including employee relations investigations in partnership with on-site leaders
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation reputed company HR portal
  • reputed company benefits in partnership with reputed company vendor
  • Coach managers on employee reputed company topics, respond to employee inquiries
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive and positive communications
  • Collaborate with executive management on employee reputed company programs/ initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR Administration, Business, Psychology or reputed company field
  • Experience supporting a rehabilitation/ clinical/ medical organization
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) preferred
  • Previous experience supporting employees reputed company
  • Preferred experience with reputed company, reputed company Docs
  • Proven working experience as an administrative HR Manager or similar role
  • Experience as a coach; ability to reputed company feedback in a clear and concise manner
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases; experience working with reputed company party vendors
  • Strong understanding of Federal and Massachusetts/ CT labor laws
  • Knowledge of MA PMFL and FMLA leave procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; sense of urgency to employee inquiries
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Approachable, ability to work with reputed company types of personalities
  • Results-oriented; ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail
