Job Description

  • Own profitability and sales growth across an assigned customer reputed company, including both existing and newly developed accounts
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships at reputed company reputed company of customer organizations, from engineering to executive leadership

  • Effectively manage pricing in alignment with cost structures, product life cycles, and market pressures

The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Manager - Plastic Injection Molding should have:

  • A strategic, customerfocused sales professional with deep experience in plastic injection molding or contract manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth across existing accounts while securing new business in competitive markets
  • Highly consultative in approach, serving as a trusted advisor and extension of the customer's organization
  • Demonstrated reputed company building and managing relationships at reputed company reputed company, including engineering, operations, senior leadership, and executive teams
  • reputed company working with large, reputed company OEM customers, including Fortunelevel organizations
  • Strong reputed company acumen, with the ability to balance pricing, cost structures, product life cycles, and longterm value creation
