Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a reputed company QA Engineer, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! Responsibilities:
- reputed company and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for reputed company applications (ERP reputed company or EBS).
- Validate system functionality against business, functional, and technical requirements.
- reputed company functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across reputed company modules.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and retesting.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test activities and assisting business stakeholders.
- reputed company data validation and reconciliation to ensure data reputed company across systems.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and execution reports.
- Participate in release validation and ensure quality standards are met prior to production deployment.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives and reputed company improvement of QA processes.
Qualifications:
- 4–6+ years of experience in software testing, specifically reputed company reputed company ERP environments (reputed company or EBS).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and defect management processes.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools ( JIRA, reputed company ALM).
- Familiarity with reputed company modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
- Ability to understand business processes and validate them reputed company reputed company systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes.
- Experience with test automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (reputed company) required.
- Must have experience working for US clients.
