Linux Systems Engineer Intern

Job Responsibilities: Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Assist in troubleshooting basic server, network, and hosting-reputed company issues. Respond to and resolve L1 support tickets under supervision. Help diagnose common web hosting issues reputed company to cPanel, Plesk, and domain management. Linux System Administration:reputed company basic Linux commands for file management and user administration. Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL). Learn about web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Monitoring & Documentation:Help monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Grafana. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. Assist in writing knowledge reputed company articles for common technical issues. Qualifications: ✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a reputed company field. ✔ Basic knowledge of Linux systems and web hosting concepts. ✔ Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). ✔ Understanding of basic scripting (Bash, Python, or Perl) is a plus. ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. ✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
