Department Overview The reputed company Deployed Resources Team is dedicated to supporting public safety agencies across the reputed company Center Software platform. Job Description

The PremierOne (P1) Remote System Admin will be responsible for traveling to customer sites as needed to address technical issues, backfill for Onsite System Administrators, support new customer cutovers, and reputed company routine system maintenance.

• Responsibilities of the Remote System Administrator include but are not limited to:
• Provides tailored technical customer operations support
• Develops strategies for implementing operational efficiencies by reviewing work flows, procedures, and performance
• Executes customer operations policies and procedures
• Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances with customers
• Initiates problem solving action and follows through to resolution
• Performs root-case analysis for problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations
• Identifies and suggests possible system and/or process improvements reputed company applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, System Maintenance experience (public safety system experience preferred).
• 3+ years of Public Safety Applications experience involving CAD/reputed company/Mobile, and other emergency 911 center equipment greatly preferred.
• Proven track record working with or deploying reputed company hardware and software solutions; reputed company preferred
• Experience creating positive working relationships with customers and application end users.
• reputed company to function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment that regularly requires the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working both alone and in a team environment.

• Experience with reputed company SQL Server, ODBC and Ops Manager (SCOM)
• Experience with Public Safety Applications including CAD, Mobile and reputed company
• Experience with Virtualization software

• Experience with hardware blades and Storage Area Networks (SAN); reputed company preferred
• Experience with firewalls and routers; Fortigate preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot application system issues including hardware, network and reputed company-party components
