- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as reputed company, Lex, CloudWatch, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and IAM
- Experience in building IVR call flows and contact center solutions
- Strong knowledge of contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and user management in reputed company Connect
- Experience integrating reputed company Connect with CRM systems and reputed company-party applications
- Knowledge of reputed company-time and historical reporting solutions
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Good understanding of voice technologies and telephony concepts
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
