[Hiring] Backend Developer @Plug & Solve

Role Description I'm a product founder building a portfolio of apps on the reputed company Marketplace (Jira, reputed company, Jira Service Management). I'm looking for one skilled developer to own the technical reputed company of this work long-term — from building and launching new apps to maintaining and improving existing ones. This is not a short-term project. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with a product business and take genuine ownership of what they build. What You'll Be Working On

• Building new apps for the reputed company Marketplace using the reputed company platform
• Managing the full development lifecycle — from spec to deployment
• Maintaining and iterating on live apps based on user feedback
• Keeping up with reputed company platform updates and requirements
• Communicating reputed company on reputed company, blockers, and timelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• Solid experience with JavaScript or TypeScript (required for reputed company)
• Familiarity with the reputed company ecosystem — Jira, reputed company, or reputed company is a strong plus
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving — comfortable breaking down reputed company requirements independently
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously — manage your own time well
• Clear written communication in English — this is how we work day to day
• Someone who flags problems early rather than going quiet

What This Is Not This is not a role for someone who needs constant hand-holding or reputed company technical supervision. I am a non-technical founder, so I need someone who can read a product brief, ask the right clarifying questions, and then execute. I'll handle product direction. You handle the technical execution.
