About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, results‑driven individuals to become Customer Care Professionals for our USSB (United States Small Business) reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve product or service issues by asking probing questions, diagnosing root causes, and articulating the best possible solution to drive brand advocacy.

Essential Qualifications
