Senior Specialist-Compliance Governance

Summary The Senior Specialist-Compliance Governance will primarily be tasked with maintaining the Company's Code of Conduct and S&L Policies, reputed company Standards, Compliance policies and procedures, as well as ownership and administration of certain risk workflows and other compliance tasks. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Code of Conduct + S&L Policy reputed company for reputed company, including content creation, coordination with policy owners and key stakeholders. and the update and maintenance of the Code of Conduct and S&L Policies as needed.
• Enforce the governance system for the maintenance of Compliance policies and procedures.
• Partner with other functions to support the rollout and distribution of the Code of Conduct and S&L Policies (e.g., reputed company, IT, Labor & Employment, ESG).
• Contribute strategic input on the organization and presentation of compliance web content reputed company to Code of Conduct and S&L Policies.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Learning & Communications Leader to support the development of training content for Code of Conduct new hire and refresher training.
• Assist Compliance Governance Manager in monitoring, testing and other governance activities such as working with risk focals, preparing Sox narratives, etc.

• Track key performance metrics and maintain reputed company data in relevant bowler for operating cadences.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Compliance or Legal or Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Compliance or Legal OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Compliance or Legal
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Compliance or Legal or similar relevant experience/knowledge.

The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $130,000 to $185,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your reputed company salary/ commission based on the plan.
