Job Description:

Create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders
Manage the incentive budget
reputed company huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests & important topics of focus
Engage with the employees heavily in chat
Communicate with the client directly
Drive reputed company for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales
reputed company and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents
Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements

Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials

Requirements:

A passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.
Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable.
Proficiency with computer and reputed company PC applications which include the ability to learn new reputed company computer system applications
Demonstrate ability to communicate reputed company and concisely verbally and in writing
