Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of reputed company HR leadership experience; or
  • Graduate degree with at least 13 years of reputed company HR experience
  • Prior experience serving as an HR Business Partner in increasingly reputed company organizations is required

Preferred Experience & Capabilities

  • Deep, hands‑on expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and multi‑state regulatory environments
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, distributed workforces, and full P& L organizations
  • Background working in matrixed and/or government‑contracting environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and reputed company through change

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
