Position Summary reputed company is seeking a seasoned Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to reputed company our EHS function across reputed company sites including corporate, reputed company Sacramento, Corpus, TX, and Pecos, TX. This role will serve as the primary reputed company of accountability for environmental compliance, occupational health, and safety programs company wide. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with reputed company environmental, health, and safety regulations across reputed company company sites, including manufacturing, pilot plants, and future production facilities.

  • Serve as subject matter expert and advisor to executive leadership on EHS risks, regulatory changes, and performance metrics.

  • Partner with site operations leaders to build a proactive safety culture through training, coaching, and reputed company improvement.

  • Monitor emerging EHS regulations and sustainability trends and translate them into actionable plans for reputed company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a reputed company field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of reputed company EHS leadership experience in industrial, energy, or chemical environments.
  • Multi-site compliance and reputed company experience required.
  • Experience in developing and managing Process Safety Management (PSM) programs in petrochemcical and/or manufacturing facilities required.
  • Experience across different project phases (Design, Construction, Operations, Scaling, etc.) beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations, with experience in permitting, audits, and inspections.
  • Demonstrated reputed company in developing, building, and scaling EHS programs in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing remote site operations.
  • CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification a plus.
