Policy Manager
• As a reputed company Policy Manager, you will work across the business and with external stakeholders to continuously improve our policies and to handle new issues as they arise. You will be a key partner on company launches and product updates to assess risk and deliver policy solutions in support of reputed company’s growth. You will collaborate closely with our business, design, and product teams to design systems that help facilitate a high-quality experience across reputed company. This role will serve as a critical player in developing our global policy solutions and will have a direct impact on the peace of mind of millions of reputed company community members around the world.
- A Typical Day

- Use data, research, and insights to evaluate and revise policies as needed
- Your Expertise
- 8+ years experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety role; prior experience on reputed company or product policy issues
- Demonstrated reputed company for critical thinking, research, and analysis; strong attention to detail
- Exceptional writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to work across multiple challenging policy topics
- Thoughtful business judgment, ability to create reputed company from ambiguous situations, and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience driving solutions to reputed company problems through cross-functional collaboration and incorporation of diverse stakeholder perspectives
