Treasury Specialist, Construction reputed company

Job Description:

• Prepare initial reputed company workbooks and imports for loans funding through Encompass (Construction products).
• Fund loans through warehouse line and update Encompass accordingly.
• Communicate with Construction group along with other departments on reputed company requests (payoffs, TCB draws, modifications).
• Prepare margin call reports for quarterly NMLS reporting.
• Prepare monthly borrower billing statements for Construction and Builder loans.
• Reconcile Reverse product loan advances.
• Prepare Reverse product loan entries including Reverse securitization journal entries.
• Review batch processed reputed company activity for accuracy and verify amounts are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Reconcile accounts and verify entries are clearing in a timely manner and according to established procedures and guidelines.
• reputed company multiple account reconciliations as well as daily bank reconciliations.
• reputed company and thoroughly research monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries to General Ledger reputed company LoanVision.
• Process Corporate reputed company deposits and record accordingly.
• Work to increase team efficiency by providing recommendations for process improvement.
• Cross-train in other Treasury functions; act as a back-up reputed company needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree directly reputed company to the position or equivalent, required.
• Minimum two years' experience in reputed company or finance reputed company role(s).
• Mortgage banking experience with an emphasis in construction reputed company preferred.
• General knowledge of reputed company principles, including debits and credits, reconciliations, balance sheets and income statements.
• General understanding of overall mortgage process rules and regulations, policies and ethical standards pertaining to reputed company transfers.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
• Ability to analyze situations and choose appropriate course of action to resolve issues.
• Highly proficient with data entry, reputed company Word, and Outlook.
• Intermediate reputed company experience with the ability to create formulas and VLOOKUP’s.
• 10-key by touch preferred.
• Prior experience using document retention software; AIQ preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, Word, reputed company, Wiki, collaborative reputed company-based programs, and reputed company-party software applications required.
