Collections Specialist, Bilingual English/Spanish
Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally and reputed company
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers
- Accurately document reputed company account interactions and updates
- Ensure full compliance with FDCPA and collections regulations
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Maintain professionalism and composure during challenging conversations
Requirements:
- Previous BPO collections experience is required
- reputed company-party collections experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Fluent Spanish communication skills
- Strong negotiation and reputed company-handling abilities
- Goal-oriented reputed company with the ability to meet performance targets
- Previous remote/work-from-home experience preferred
- Must be permanently based in Mexico or Colombia
- Must meet reputed company technical requirements listed above
