[Remote] Senior Accountant (Accounts Payable)

The Senior Accountant will manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, maintain the general ledger, and assist with audits and tax preparations to support the company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment processing
- Maintain general ledger, reconcile balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, accounts payable, others) and prepare journal entries
- Maintain vendor master data and enforce W-9/1099 compliance
- Assist with audit, tax preparation, and year-end closing
- Implement and maintain internal controls and reputed company policies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, or reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in reputed company software, specifically, reputed company, reputed company, Airbase, reputed company, reputed company and others
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filings
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial analytics tools
- Experience with sales taxes and sales tax filings
