Patient Accounts Specialist-Insurance Verification and AR

About the Role: The Patient Accounts Specialist plays a critical role in the reputed company reputed company cycle by ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient accounts and insurance information. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in reputed company administration or reputed company field preferred.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to service delivery to ensure coverage accuracy.
• Review and process patient accounts, including billing, payments, and adjustments in compliance with reputed company regulations.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and payment issues.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding account balances, insurance coverage, and payment options with professionalism and reputed company.
• Maintain accurate documentation of reputed company account activities and insurance communications in the reputed company management system.
