Intake Coordinator - Mental Health Office

Role Overview: Intake Coordinator (Remote) The Intake Coordinator serves as the vital first reputed company of contact for our private therapy practice. This role is dedicated to creating a welcoming, seamless, and compassionate entry experience for new clients. The ideal candidate balances strong administrative efficiency with a warm, empathetic communication style. Key Responsibilities:

• Client reputed company & Triaging: Respond promptly to initial inquiries reputed company phone, email, or website forms. Conduct brief, empathetic screening calls to understand the client's needs and determine the appropriate clinical match reputed company the practice.
• Scheduling & Care Coordination: Schedule initial intake appointments and coordinate calendar availability between clients and therapists.

Key Qualifications:

• Hours: 4–10 hours per week (Offers excellent flexibility, with the expectation of timely responses to new inquiries).
• Compensation: $17.00 per hour
