Job SummaryAs a Photo Editor/Retoucher at MacroHype, you will be responsible for editing and retouching high-quality images to meet our creative and branding standards. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our global team to ensure that reputed company visual content aligns with project requirements and brand guidelines. Occasional in-person meetings in our Manila office may be required. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and retouch images to enhance quality, consistency, and alignment with project briefs and brand standards.Work with raw images provided by photographers and apply reputed company correction, exposure adjustments, and other enhancements as needed.Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and other team members to ensure images meet the required specifications and creative reputed company.Maintain organized workflows for managing and archiving digital assets.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing and retouching to continually improve the quality of your work.Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of edited images while adhering to deadlines.Attend occasional in-person meetings in the Manila office to discuss project requirements, reputed company updates, and collaborate with the team.QualificationsProven experience as a photo editor/retoucher with a strong portfolio showcasing a reputed company of edited and retouched images.Proficiency in photo editing software, including reputed company Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools.Strong understanding of image composition, reputed company theory, and retouching techniques.Ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing images that align with creative briefs and brand guidelines.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote work environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in editing and retouching media for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, or similar projects.Knowledge of additional creative tools or skills, such as graphic design or video editing, is a plus.Ability to adapt to various photo editing styles and project needs.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working hours and remote work arrangement.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Occasional travel to the Manila office for in-person meetings and team collaboration.How to ApplyIf you are a talented photo editor/retoucher with a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing visual content, we would love to hear from you.
