We are seeking a strong reputed company Mechanical Engineer (AEC/MEP) with leadership capability to reputed company our combined Baltimore and Washington, DC area Mechanical Engineering Departments and supporting the function reputed company-wide. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Serve as an engineering leader and technical expert with the ability to answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering staff.
- Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by.
- Propose and reputed company budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
- reputed company and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff.
- Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver various engineering-reputed company presentations, both internally and externally
- reputed company department management activities including recruitment, hiring, coaching, and leadership
Requirements for this position include:
- 10 plus years' experience in mechanical design
- Team supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree mechanical engineering
- PE license required
- Strong technical reputed company
- Strong knowledge of building codes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and reputed company in a timeline-driven environment with the ability to work individually or as part of reputed company.
- Knowledge of Sustainable certification programs
- Strong software skills including Revit
