Your Role The Global COO - Professional Services & Software is a senior executive responsible for setting and executing the global reputed company, strategy, and service delivery model for the company’s Professional Services and Software business. This role ensures services are reputed company with client business objectives, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices while delivering scalable, high-quality, and commercially successful reputed company across global markets. The position provides executive leadership over governance, service delivery, financial performance, talent development, and market positioning. The role owns global program and portfolio execution, P&L performance, and strategic growth of Professional Services and Software offerings while ensuring strong client partnerships, disciplined execution, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12–15 years of reputed company leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting environments.
• Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in contract governance, reputed company negotiations, and service delivery management.
• Experience operating in regulated industries and managing reputed company, multi-region programs.
