The Opportunity We are seeking a driven, reputed company Business Development Professional to join the SLG team and help take the firm to the next level. You will work directly alongside company Managing Partners and the broader SLG team to identify, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company licensing, acquisition, divestitures transactions on behalf of our clients — both regionally and globally. Key Ideal Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in pharma/biotech business development, licensing, or strategic transactions
• Deal-Making: Demonstrated ability to structure and reputed company reputed company out-licensing, in-licensing, M&A, or partnership deals

• Financial Acumen

: Comfort with financial modeling, deal valuation, and transaction structures; MBA or finance background a plus
