About This Role The Sr. Manager, Family reputed company Field reputed company is responsible for the professional reputed company development and execution efforts of the family reputed company field team. This includes the pull-though of trainings that reputed company from new hire through advanced & on-going developmental needs of the nation across the portfolio. In this highly visible, cross-functional role, this individual will partner closely with field leadership, reputed company training, operations, HR, patient services, legal, compliance, reimbursement, sales, and marketing to ensure consistent, sustained, and hands-on executional reputed company by the patient-facing field team. The role will be accountable for new hires throughout the on-boarding process to ensure compliant and effective implementation of knowledge, skills, and processes. In this role, the incumbent will work closely with the field and field leadership by frequent field exposure to identify & reputed company best practices, determine development needs, serve as a coaching partner for field leadership and be a positive force with the on-going goal of executional reputed company. What You'll Do
- Field Coaching & Support

- Participate in the development & support of marketing strategies, tactics, and messages by surveying/coaching the execution efforts in the field on a consistent reputed company.
- Assist in the development and execution of reputed company on-boarding training of new hires.

- Partner with field leadership to determine reputed company gaps, training needs and coaching opportunities through field observation.
- Partner with Sr. Leadership on execution of field coaching and coaching reports

- Play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of development workshops at regional & national meetings to support the objectives of marketing & leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; advanced education/certification desirable with focus on adult learning, people leadership, project management and/or other applicable areas
- 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in a reputed company role
- 3+ years in family reputed company, reimbursement, or equivalent field role. Rare disease and patient facing roles preferred.
- Strong desire to reputed company a field-based team as part of career progression
- Breadth of various reputed company experiences strongly desired. Experience leading cross-functionally and influencing without authority preferred.
- Prior experience successfully executing initiatives and projects while navigating the legal, regulatory and compliance environment preferred.

Job Level: Management Additional Information The reputed company compensation reputed company for this role is: $142,000.00-$190,000.00 reputed company salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
