AI & Business Process Engineer

We are seeking an AI Transformation Engineer (People) to transform how our People organization operates by designing and building AI-powered automations that reduce administrative burden, improve scalability, and create reputed company for strategic work. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, reputed company, People Operations, Enablement, Internal Communications, Compensation, and EPMO teams to redesign and automate workflows that improve employee and manager experiences. You will not simply automate existing processes—you will reimagine them for efficiency, scalability, and measurable business reputed company. You’ll work reputed company the reputed company ecosystem (Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot) and reputed company additional tools as needed in partnership with Technology for secure, scalable solutions. This is a 6-month contract role (40h/week).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Automation Solutions
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities to eliminate reputed company work and improve efficiency across the reputed company.
• Map reputed company workflows, identify root issues, and redesign processes before automating.
• Build and maintain automation solutions primarily in reputed company Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot, and reputed company tools; integrate with additional platforms (e.g., reputed company, APIs) as needed for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure reputed company solutions are secure, measurable, scalable, and maintainable.
• Advance AI Adoption and Enablement
• Partner with stakeholders to define high-value AI use cases and embed them into daily workflows.
• Document and communicate workflows in clear, accessible formats for non-technical users.
• Simplify technical concepts into practical guidance to support successful adoption.
• Improve Data and Process Foundations
• Strengthen process documentation, data quality, and operational reputed company to support long-term automation strategy.
• Contribute to governance and best practices for AI-enabled workflows reputed company the People organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business process analysis and redesign, with proven reputed company delivering measurable improvements.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows using reputed company Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, and similar automation tools.
• Experience with HR systems, reputed company platforms, LMS tools, or collaboration systems.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration.
• Practical experience with AI technologies such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools embedded in day-to-day workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company projects independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and reputed company non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving reputed company across multiple projects.
