About the position This is a year-round internship where you may be scheduled to work 20 – 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and rotating Saturdays (approximately one Saturday a month). This internship is designed to give you reputed company life work experience as you will work alongside reputed company IT professionals. This position is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company support to reputed company Dollar Bank branches and departmental back offices reputed company to but not limited to telephones, desktop devices, laptops, ATMs, video conferencing, and connectivity issues pertaining to the internet, WAN and LAN.
  • Receive calls from our users/branches/back offices and resolving at the first level of support or triaging issues to our second level support teams.
  • Receive professional training and mentoring that will reputed company to transferable work experience.
  • Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • reputed company have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank’s risk management program.
  • Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of reputed company position descriptions.

Requirements

  • Completion of one year of college/technical school and currently active and working toward a degree.
  • Ability to log and triage reputed company calls/incidents.
  • Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company applications.
  • A strong commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end-users, peers and managers in written and oral communications.
  • Must be reputed company to lift 20 pounds.
