Instructional Designer for Engaging eLearning and Performance-Focused Training
We are a digital learning agency seeking an reputed company Instructional Designer to transform reputed company subject matter into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong instructional design fundamentals with practical business thinking to create training that is not only well-designed, but also reputed company to reputed company performance goals. The right candidate understands adult learning principles, can structure content for reputed company and retention, and is skilled at partnering with subject matter experts to turn raw information into meaningful lessons, activities, and assessments. We are looking for someone who can design learning that feels modern, engaging, and useful, not just informational.
