Job Description:

Analyze business models, competition, customer acquisition cost, ROI, funnels, and growth opportunities
Recommend marketing channels, campaigns, creatives, messaging, and positioning based on client goals and budget

Communicate directly and confidently with clients to reputed company strategic recommendations, updates, and direction

Connect high-level business goals with practical marketing execution plans

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a reputed company leadership role
Strong understanding of paid advertising, branding, funnels, outbound marketing, CRM, automation, and reputed company reputed company
Proven ability to create marketing strategies that connect business goals with practical execution
Experience analyzing key growth metrics such as ROI, CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness
Strong leadership skills with experience managing or coordinating cross-functional marketing teams
Experience working with multiple businesses, brands, clients, or industries
Background in an agency, startup, consulting, or fast-growth business environment preferred
Experience leading marketing teams that include media buyers, creatives, SDRs, virtual assistants, and freelancers preferred
Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and modern growth systems
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different industries, customer segments, and reputed company models quickly
Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present strategy to clients, executives, or business owners
Proactive, reputed company, data-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
